Our Infrastructure consists of a wide range of precision machineries to cater for both, Cold Rolled Steel and Hot Rolled Steel. We have multiple sections within the company to handle different stages of manufacturing process.

Shearing
Our shearing section consists of the following machines to handle the thickness varying from 0.8mm to 3mm CR sheets & 2mm to 16mm HR sheets.
Our average capacity/day is 50 metric tons.

Press Shop
To facilitate the need of our existing customers & new customers we have invested in heavy duty presses. We have 1000 Ton Hydraulic Press for deep draw components and are equipped with versatile machineries. In order to speed up New product development we utilize a 6 meter plasma cutting machine and CNC Press brakes.
We have more machineries in pipeline for commissioning (for up gradation of tool room and press shop) and are moving towards next generation quality process we are equipped with a FARO CMM.
